The time I work best is after most people go to bed. I work late into the night surrounded by my shrine of plastic toys and the company of a furry beast. I love breaking in a new sketchbook. However, each one must be filled before I do so. They become a journal of not only ideas and images, but of my life. All my final illustrations stem from these pages.
